Pros

Great knowledge on the topics they support. Progressive focus on new techniques and frameworks. Strong and long term customer commitment. You can get responsibility if you know your stuff.

Cons

ISAAC mainly focuses on techniques; not on marketing. They are great developers, but not a company that will help you maintain a solution from a business perspective.

Pros

best tech co-workers in any of my jobs so far. Very stimulating knowledgeable team. Goes for quality, security, deep understanding. Also, ability to grow on the job. Tech culture. Nerdy/geeky culture. Supportive and understand things can sometimes go wrong. Everyone is constantly learning and improving. Flexible where it matters. Allow juniors to quickly get real responsibility.

Cons

Sometimes noisy environment. Some projects are really challenging. Multiple projects at once. Not all projects are Agile.
