      Pros

      The culture is great. I know that's a subjective factor, but ISG's works for me. They care about the employees without it being a "we're all like family" company; you can still have boundaries. Individuals have opportunities for growth if they want it, and I see that extra effort actually being recognized and appreciated. It seems that leadership is aware of issues and tries to fix them (even if the solution can be slow to be implemented)

      Cons

      Could improve communication/explanations regarding changes. It's not always clear WHY something is happening even though there were definitely multiple meetings prior to making the decision. More/improved on-boarding/training programs are needed

      Pros

      I have been with ISG Tech for almost 2 years now, and love the team and culture! Great group of people and an organization that truly lives out their core values!

      Cons

      There are some areas of the business that lack structure, but that is to be expected for a company that is growing and going through some growing pains.
