A good company operating in tough conditions

Pros

Exposure to different technologies. If you wanted to get involved in learning new technologies there was plenty of opportunities to do so.

Cons

Any criticism I could have against the company was against a backdrop of very tough market conditions, something most of the staff were unaware of or didn't appreciate and would be unjust in those circumstances.
