Pros

I am General Counsel for ISO. I would not associate myself with a company that does not treat its people and clients with the utmost respect . Any development difficulties are associated with developers who were discovered by ISO of failing to produce as promised while taking ISO pay.

Cons

There is always room for improvement.

Pros

ISO takes employee training seriously, and wants its employees to be able to work to their full potential. Full gym in basement, library, rec room. I've worked with this company through thick and thin, and let me tell you nobody cares more about doing the right thing than the core group of employees who make up ISO. We have had people working for this company who did not do their jobs, and unfortunately that reflects poorly through the entire company. But, we no longer have these people. By the way, if you see a review on here claiming that David Whitaker, our COO is a tyrant or a cheater, please take that with a grain of salt. One simple google search and you can find his history, you will see why people are so quick to use his name as a scapegoat. Ask any client whose project he has worked on (rather than asking the employees he's had to fire) and they will let you know he is a great man who is incredibly skilled at creating success in the digital world.

Cons

Disorganization/lack of presence in administration. And a prior development team which lacked experience, did not get much done. Someone else said it well on here, it felt like a college campus not a professional development firm. Personally, I'll say this. If you need a strong sense of external structure, if you cannot be on the phone with a client and communicate confidently, or if you are not self directed, you probably will not succeed in this environment.

Pros

You will get to work on all kinds of projects and are challenged everyday with something new. The office has a really nice gym and parking. Management is very friendly and cares a lot about the company and their customers. They work night and day to make everyone happy despite some hardships a long the way.

Cons

It's kind of funny to read the reviews on here. Especially the ones that say bad things. I have been at ISO for a long time, and I can guess who wrote most of them. You see, at ISO if you don't do a good job, if you don't work hard, or if you don't complete projects you get warned about 10 times and then terminated - isn't that how it should be? And of course when they get terminated they blame everyone but themselves on here.
