      Pros

      The science and the industrial development is a perfect pair. The company like a family. No strict rules about being in office if you have some personal problems, but you must to work well.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, Isp Ras doesn't have comfortable offices like a big companies, but the director does his best.

      Pros

      Salaries of students and phd-student are relatively low. But after graduation they are gradually increasing. Mostly salary depends on the project and department. Very interesting project. Positive and experienced colleagues. Flexible environment, it is possible to change projects.

      Cons

      Writing reports/articles. It is hard to progress without phd degree.
