      Pros

      ITR Group wastes not time contacting you for their positions. Their positions can be just consulting or contract to hire The team takes the time to describe the position and expectations before the client interview. If the client wants to interview the ITR team conducts pre-interview with you to review the company, the interviewers and any other pertinent information. ITR Groups offer 1099 or W-2 Employment. All W-2 Employees have the options of dental, medial and 401k. The 401k is a nice benefit for a consulting gig. The on-board paperwork is streamlined which is also a benefit.

      The benefits, although nice are on the lower end, but at least it is offered

      Pros

      Incredible staff, very experienced, easy to work with. Great clients with challenging and new technologies. Also, have done an excellent job adapting and communicating in a remote world.
