ITSource is one of the best companies I have worked for. They truly care about their people and those they work with. They want to make sure they bring the best product and value to their customers. The team is very caring and highly skilled and go out of their way to understand others needs. ITSource makes sure they are up-to-date on all the products and services they provide. The CEO is very generous and genuine and a pleasure to work with. .
Cons
Being a small company, you have to work harder to get larger companies to understand what a value ITSource can be to them and how much ITSource has to offer

I recommend ITSource because they focus on providing a highly ethical environment and quality services. The team is caring and highly skilled in their respective positions. The company also gives back to the community, which is important. The team get's along well and has a culture that is fun despite the high stress nature of technology consulting.
Cons
Working with large Fortune 100 clients makes it harder to translate some of our internal values to employees that work at client sites.
