      - IW Group operates like a family in many ways, and there are ample opportunities for growth. - You're surrounded by a lot of great talent - a lot of energy and drive. - Many have stayed at the company for 5+ years - really a testament to its merits. - A lot of really great clients. - DE&I is clearly a big priority for the company.

      - None that I can think of beyond the long hours that is typical of most agencies
