      With all companies Iconsys is not without its issues however it is great that the senior management of Iconsys is willing to take the time to understand these issues and put in place actions to resolve and improve. The package provided was very competitive and inline with industry standards The people at Iconsys are very friendly and have a great culture. Practically the Christmas parties!!

      Cons

      None, from a personal point of view the commute had become to much but that was due to my location in relation to the office however this was known at the time of starting.
