      Pros

      - Generally positive environment - nonstop learning and skill honing - they move people around different positions to see what works best - working on really cool pieces that go to important aerospace projects etc - 3 day weekends !

      Cons

      - pay rate could have been better for the ones who added the most value. - no incentive to work faster while making minimal mistakes - communication could have been better but that’s all jobs !

      Good work environment Handled company well during COVID. A lot of Overtime opportunity as the company is growing very fast.

      Cons

      Training could be better, but they are improving. Some workers do not carry their weight and they are not replaced. New management is a bit more driven by performance goals.
