Pros
You really get the opportunity to work on amazing clients and even some odd ones too. You’re constantly encouraged to generate new concepts and try new things. The team is encouraged to “practice their craft” and add value beyond just your job tittle. If you choose to you can try your hand in a lot of different areas from creating content to strategy. The best part of Idea Booth is the people you work with. I still keep in touch with most of those I worked with while I was there. A real genuine feeling of being on a team. In all honestly I appreciate it so much more now then I did while I was there.
Cons
You have to be motivated and want to be there. Like most creative companies it can be chaotic at times. Even though I mentioned how much I enjoyed the people their were a couple of debbie downers that kill the vibe. More a function of them not the company.

Pros
Great client work; you actually get to see how your work impacts clients and the company; highly dedicated team with a lot of support from management to learn new skills and actually test them on real projects. Opportunities to present your own ideas and build them out in-house. Great digital team.
Cons
Still a smaller agency, which is a pro in many ways, but at times you will be tasked with responsibilities that are not within your job description. As Idea Booth expands its business offerings, the typical growing pains associated with operations are present...small annoyances, but management always willing to listen and improve based on feedback.
