      Pros

      Owned by a great family who cares about their people. Contrary to other reviews, they absolutely will take calls and listen to any employee who tries. Good/competitive benefits. Lots of little extras other companies don't do(thanksgiving turkey, yearly bonus, multiple raffles yearly, wellness events with prizes, clothing store allowance, safety glasses reimbursement, etc)

      Cons

      Higher positions don't turnover much, so climbing ladder takes time, or willingness to move.

      Ideal is a fair and community minded employer - it was truly a pleasure to work for this company.

      Cons

      Ideal depends on contracts from other, larger companies for a portion of their work. This can lead to some anxious times for their employees during times of negotiation/contract renewal.
