      Pros

      Strong remote-first culture and a lot of ownership if you like working independently. You’re trusted to deliver results without too much micromanagement, which is great for senior engineers. Good exposure to large-scale products and real production problems, especially if you’re working on platform or enterprise products. Fast-paced environment, so you learn quickly and get involved in decisions beyond just coding. AI-first mindset is real, not just a slogan - they push engineers to use AI tools to improve delivery and productivity.

      Cons

      Things move fast, priorities can shift quickly, and documentation is not always perfect, so you need to be comfortable figuring things out on your own. Because it’s remote and globally distributed, communication sometimes depends heavily on self-management and being proactive.

      Pros

      This is hands-down the best AI-First company I have ever worked with. The efficiency here is on another level; the workflows are so well-optimized that they have made me significantly more productive than I've been at any previous role. It is a highly advanced, fast-paced learning environment where you are constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI.

      Cons

      There aren't traditional cons to mention. While the focus on tracking and metrics feel a bit intense when you first start, in hindsight, it is a total blessing. It is exactly what makes the team so ultra-productive and efficient. Once you see the results in your own output, you realise it's a vital part of what makes the company successful.
