Being a part of an emerging medium is an awesome feeling. To know that what I do everyday makes a change to the visual entertainment landscape is really cool. I love how I'm encouraged to collaborate with members from other teams.
Cons
It can feel overwhelming sometimes with the scope of what we're trying to achieve and it can be hard to keep yourself on track with the multiple projects happening at once.
