      Ignitium is an incredible place to work. The people, the tech, and the opportunities given to employees are fantastic. The management cares about the employees. As an employee, you are encouraged to learn and optimize how you do things. I feel challenged and have grown professionally over the time I have worked here.

      Cons

      There are very few cons to working at Ignitium. Ignitium may not be the best fit if you dislike a fast-paced, innovative environment. That being said, management gives you the tools and support you need to be successful.

      Ignitium has a great culture and many opportunities for personal development and growth. Overall, the company has a growth mindset. New ideas and innovation are encouraged at every level. It's evident that the Executive Leadership Team genuinely cares about the well-being of the employees at the individual level.

      Cons

      It is not recommended for people who want to coast in their career or don't enjoy fast-paced working environments.
