      Lots of freedom and great work atmosphere!

      Pros

      -Constant growth -Easily managed work/life balance -Great opportunity for vertical and lateral movement -Lots of freedom to pursue endless amounts of opportunities -No micro-managing!!! -Great comradery between co-workers -Nice location -Office technology stays current and up to date -Opportunities to further education, certifications, etc. are always available to utilize -Since it's a small company it's nice to be able to actually talk to and see the Execs daily -Being a small company, hard work and good deeds are recognized constantly across all areas of the business -Management is always open to listen and try new ideas

      No cons! iGov is a great company and has amazing people running it.

      Thank you for this feedback, we certainly appreciate it. As a small company we strive to provide opportunities for employees to gain additional skills whether in their current position or moving into other areas of the company.

      I can't think of any cons that would need to be considered before accepting a job offer from this campany
