      Pros

      Image One is one of the most flexible places you will ever work for. There is great room for growth using modern technologies.

      Cons

      The company doesn't seem to know which way it is heading and seems to be trying to bite off more then it can chew. There is not a huge amount of potential for long term career growth as a developer.

      You get to work the full stack from the database, to web services, and even applications You will be able to learn quite a bit and the atmosphere is very relaxed

      Cons

      There is not a lot of room for growth. Sometimes the staff may be set in their ways
