Pros
You're surrounded with high-achieving and smart team members who like to work hard and have fun. You're in an engaging and entertaining work environment with foosball tables, a stocked fridge, and beer Friday's. You get access to a decent sized education fund and the owner is very flexible when it comes to buying any books or new tools/technology/hardware you need to get your job done. It's a collaborative team dynamic and you get to work with a lot of big name, quality clients from around the world. Also super supportive of allowing time for contributing back to the Drupal community and going to DrupalCon. Big bonus is that they're advocates for remote employees and working from home.
Cons
The biggest pain is the office location being out in Burnaby and not in the city. There's been a high employee churn rate in the past which can make getting acquainted and settled with new team members a challenge.
