      Pros

      Great company culture driven by supportive leaders who truly care about their people and prioritise wellbeing. Working with global teams means such a diversity of skills and knowledge which is exciting to see in action. You really feel like you are contributing to bringing exciting technology to the world.

      Cons

      IMDEX is busy! Great vision for where the company wants to be, but lots of busy, greenfields projects needed to get there. This means there is lots of opportunity to be involved in new and exciting projects but can be fast-moving.

      Pros

      IMDEX has the spirit of a startup and the wisdom and strategic thinking of big global companies. This combination is only a formula for growth. IMDEX is getting better and growing bigger every year. As part of the data science team, I joined in February 2020. I love my work at IMDEX. The management teams is so intelligent, considerate and have empathy which gives trust and assurance to the team and make them feel that they are supported.

      Cons

      Mmmm. I only know and raised since I was a kid to write pros and think positively, cons is usually related to the individuals, means you can change them to pros if you really want to.
