Pros

This has been the best company I've worked for. The executives are genuinely good guys. Great people to work with, and some of the best in retail technology.

Cons

Like any startup, things can change quickly and you have to wear multiple hats (not a con if you like this type of environment).

Pros

I have been working at Impact Analytics for the last 5 months, and so far it has been a great experience. • High ownership from Day 1. You are trusted to drive your work independently. • No micromanagement. Managers focus on outcomes rather than tracking every activity. • Leadership team is very approachable and accessible. Most issues get resolved quickly when raised. • Fast-paced environment with plenty of learning opportunities. • Over the last few months, I have seen many strong hires joining the organization. The quality of talent is quite high, which helps everyone learn and grow faster. • Good exposure to AI, analytics, and retail technology. • Flexible working hours and focus on delivering results. • Opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and understand the business at a deeper level. • If you are someone who likes challenges and wants to grow quickly, there is a lot to learn here.

Cons

Medical insurance coverage can be improved further. • As the company is scaling rapidly, some processes and policies are still evolving. • More structured learning and development programs would be helpful. • Internal communication across teams can be improved as the organization continues to grow. • Additional employee engagement and wellness initiatives would be a good addition.
