This has been the best company I've worked for. The executives are genuinely good guys. Great people to work with, and some of the best in retail technology.

Cons

Like any startup, things can change quickly and you have to wear multiple hats (not a con if you like this type of environment).

The quality of talent is quite high, which helps everyone learn and grow faster. • Good exposure to AI, analytics, and retail technology. • Flexible working hours and focus on delivering results. • Opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and understand the business at a deeper level. • If you are someone who likes challenges and wants to grow quickly, there is a lot to learn here.
