      Pros

      I enjoyed working here especially because of the learning and skills that I've acquired. I've never experience any pressure in work and timeline yet they offer a decent pay/salary.

      Cons

      I can only say that the selection of the right people for the right role(leader, superior) was where they fail and haven't given too much attention to.
