Pros
Very smart people, great team putting together the best and highest quality biodiesel in North America. Management of the company is sound.
Cons
Because of the nature of the industry, the compensation is less than if one were to work in traditional fossil fuels. Te benefits are great.

Pros
Great group of people working for a good cause. Always something new to learn as the company grows within the industry. Strong sense of pride in what you are doing.
Cons
Lack of open communication to all levels of employees. Lack of permanent structure for office, break room and bathroom facilities. Unequal disciplinary actions.
