      Pros

      My experience with Imprima has been positive and I have worked at the company for a while, in different offices in Europe and Asia Pacific. Imprima likes to promote from within, where possible, so I would say the chances of moving up in the company would be higher than other companies but you need to prove yourself firstly. There has been a new management in team in place for the past 3 years and they are committed to driving the company forward.

      Wasted opportunities in the past which resulted in reduced momentum.

      Pros

      The people are incredibly smart and supportive. The leadership is always considering the impact on people and building opportunities when implementing long-term strategies. There has always been an emphasis on people and values which I have always admired. The management is extremely supportive. There is always an opportunity to learn, change and advance. I really couldn't have wished for better mentors.
