Pros

The owner works right in the trenches with the staff. Unlimited food and drink supplied at HQ top of the line equipment to work with. And dogs at the office

Cons

The company feels like it's trying to find its footing, do they want to be a software company? Or do they want to be a branding agency. At the end of the day it's a really incredible company that would have loved to stick with if not for some personal life reasons I had to leave

- Flexible schedule - Generous Benefits - Fun group of people who make me laugh every day and also take their work seriously - Continuous growth - Dog friendly office (and yes, as other reviews mentioned, this results in occasional accidents but it comes with the territory and people clean up as needed)

Cons

We are a lean team and there is a lot going on at all times. IE is not without its challenges but what company is? There is so much opportunity to learn, grow and thrive at this company if you choose to lean in to it!

Dog friendly. Monthly Team events. Good Health Insurance & 401k match. If you want to grow within the company they allow it and promote it. Promotes self / personal growth as well.

Cons

When I started Leadership communication wasn't as good as it is now. They have made good improvements and are continuing to make improvements.
