Pros

-The facility's dedication to safety standards is exceptional. At every step, there is adherence to strict protocols and guidelines, ensuring the well-being of both the employees and the surrounding community. The emphasis on creating a safe working environment is proven through our extensive training programs. -Staff is knowledgeable and passionate . Our employees demonstrated an impressive level of expertise and a genuine enthusiasm for their work. It was clear that we take great pride in being part of a facility that prioritizes continuous improvement and fosters a culture of collaboration and mutual respect. -What truly sets InChem apart is its appreciation and recognition of its employees' hard work and dedication. The company organizes employee appreciation events, rewards exceptional performance, and encourages suggestions for process improvements. This recognition and encouragement create a motivating work environment where employees feel valued and appreciated.

Cons

-Working in an indoor / open air manufacturing environment can at times be slightly uncomfortable. -Strict regulatory compliance: InChem is subject to stringent regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring the safety of both employees and the environment. While necessary for responsible manufacturing, these regulations can result in additional paperwork, procedures, and ongoing monitoring. Adhering to these regulations can be time-consuming and require constant vigilance to ensure full compliance.

Pros

It's a good company to work and the CEO Open door policy which is always good. The salary is very competitive with this area and they have a pretty decent training program for the new hires.

Cons

I think the benefits could be a little bit better and I would rather work a straight eight hour shift versus a 12 hour shift
