Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working at Incruiter. The team culture is collaborative, supportive, and filled with people who genuinely want to help you grow. There’s a strong focus on learning, innovation, and visibility into real product impact. Leadership is approachable and always open to suggestions, and the overall work environment encourages ownership and skill development.

Cons

The only improvement I’d like to see is the introduction of a formal work-from-home policy to offer more flexibility.

Pros

As an IT Recruiter in the Onboarding team for the last 9 months, I have gained hands-on exposure to 75+ technologies, which has significantly strengthened my technical understanding and hiring expertise. Overall, it is a great place to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in recruitment and technology. Supportive team members and approachable management create a positive and motivating work environment. Excellent exposure to a wide range of technologies and business domains. The company places strong emphasis on training, and continuous skill development. Regular quarterly performance reviews help with self-evaluation and career growth.

Cons

Six-day working schedule; however, Saturday is a half-day and work-from-home, which offers some flexibility.
