      Pros

      InHome Therapy has been a great spot to work in Home Health not only in Ops, but as a clinician! Hours are flexible and you learn to work with new agency EMRs and get to see patients in all different areas in Greater Philadelphia, as well as in the city! Benefits and PTO are great for full time and salaried positions and there are so many job options for part time and PRN clinicians as well looking for extra work!

      Cons

      Some patients may be a little outside of territory, but the back office is willing to offer bumps or mileage as needed to help out!

      - Everyone I have worked with are super friendly and helpful -Great support system -Great Hybrid work schedule

      - I lived far away from the office which was touch but leadership made it possible to work hybrid!
