Working as an HR Administrator for InTouch Credit Union since July 2024 has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From day one, I have felt welcomed and supported by my colleagues and the leadership team. The collaborative environment within the HR department has allowed me to thrive and continuously grow in my role. I have had the opportunity to work closely with leaders across the credit union, providing support and guidance on various HR matters. The trust and respect I have received from my peers have truly made me feel valued and appreciated in my role. I am excited about the potential for growth and success in the upcoming year. The positive outlook and dedication of the entire team at InTouch Credit Union make me confident that we will achieve great things together. The people I have met so far have been great. I have gone through 2 weeks of onboarding training. I have been told there are great growth and mobility opportunities here.

Cons

Seems like they have had some bad apples as employees but looks like they are taking the necessary steps to change and enhance the culture.
