This Company offers an intimate work environment where any and all ideas are open for discussion whether design related or anything else. I am allowed to perform my job with no micro management. I feel appreciated and trusted and above all valued as a part of this team. I can ask for help with anything and will most often get more than I need. The managing partners ask nothing of the employees they don’t ask of themselves. The work put out is high quality and attention is always paid to the details.

I like the family-like atmosphere. Each person plays a very important part at Inc design. They take great care with their clients and employees. I love everyone I work with. The founding partners are diligent to making sure they put their best foot forward for their clients, as well as their employees. Inc design is the dream of two people, who wanted to bring a refreshing to the Brand and Design industry. It has come to fruition for nearly 27 years.
