      Pros

      The owners are family oriented. They respect hard work and give you whatever tool you may need or want as long as it will help you improve your job performance. Locally owned and operated. You deal with the owners on daily bases. They are easy to approach.

      Cons

      Sometimes the building is too cold.

      Great management, really high quality material used. Can feel good about what you're selling to the customers.

      Cons

      Compensation is commission only. Paychecks are very volatile and completely depends upon how hard you work on building your pipeline.
