      Pros

      I’ve had a great experience with IndeVets. The company is genuinely committed to improving the lives of veterinarians while providing high-quality care to partner hospitals. The culture is supportive, leadership is approachable, and there are plenty of opportunities to grow professionally. It’s a fast-paced environment, but if you’re looking for a team that’s passionate about veterinary medicine and invested in its doctors, I’d definitely recommend IndeVets.

      Great place to achieve a good work life balance

      Pros

      I love the flexibility to work the days and hours I want. The company truly makes me feel like they care about me as a person, not just a source of profit. I can go to work, focus on providing high quality care to my patients, and leave it behind at the end of the day. My work life balance has significantly improved and my burnout is almost gone.

      Personalized shift matching allows for slightly less control over schedule than if picking shifts myself

      Pros

      Foster a sense of community and support despite being located throughout the country; good benefits (health insurance, PTO, CE compensation, etc) and you are a W2 employee (not often the case for relief work); management continues to evolve to try and adapt to what both associate vets and partner hospitals want; leadership and mentorship opportunities available; responsive leadership team; free CE opportunities; strong company values that are actually upheld; inclusive and kind environment. Has really helped me with burnout that I was experiencing prior to starting here.
