Wellbeing and ongoing training is a priority for staff which is a high value of mine, value based interviews and very organised as a company. I worked for Norfolk Industries which is part of Independence Matters and the management and staff made me feel so welcome and valued.
Cons
Non-Profit organisation which is great but unfortunately didn't have the funding to keep me on which was a shame.
