great please to work if youre under the right manager
Pros
feels like a family, most of the managers really care, easy to switch positions dont work in the "front office" and youll be fine.
Cons
not a lot of room for growth, some managers dont take concerns seriously, issues have been addressed incorrectly multiple times (the problem will be told about and who the person is who complained about them ie, harassment from an employee- tell management- manager tells harasser about complaint. the gm is wonderful but the customer (car sales men) will always come first even at the cost of an employee. over all you are dealing with car sales men that in and of itself is not "professional" if you are a women you will be sexualized, borderline harassed and nothing will be done about it. you can even be called in for an evaluation and get a raise and not even receive a complement.
