Great work environment As opposed of big companies, everyone that works there are really concentrated in doing your job. The coming pushes a positive working environment.

Indusoft provides a great opportunity to growth. You work hard but you learn a lot. The technnical managers have deep knowledge about software development.
Cons
For new employees on development , it can be hard sometines to get an overall undertanding about development inisde the company. It happens because there is lack of documentation about previous projects.
