Pros

Having only started at Infinigate UK a month ago, I have been pleasantly surprised at how welcoming and patient every colleague has been with me. The onboarding process and introduction into the company was seamless and easy to navigate, and the support offered to new starters is fantastic.

Cons

As it's a lot of new systems for me, the workload can seem daunting - but my team are extremely supportive and helpful!

- super friendly and welcoming staff - expectations set out clearly as well as very helpful colleagues that want you to achieve your best - really nice work/life balance with the hybrid working (plus they make sure that you have everything for a comfortable home office and work place) / very accommodating

Cons

Sounds cliche, however I cannot think of any cons
