      Great Company Culture

      Pros

      I've worked here for over 3 years now and first hand seen how hard work can turn into promotions and rewards. I started as an Account Manager and worked my way to Human Resource Director. Throughout my 3 years I have been able to expand my experience through many different duties. The company culture is a real team-work, performance based. The harder you work, the more advancement you may receive.

      Cons

      Nothing is given to you. If you don't work hard than you can't expect promotions or advancement. This is truly a performance based company, so if you have a competitive mindset and want to win, you would fit in great. If you expect everything to be easy and not have to work than this might not be for you.

      Great Work Environment and Business Experience

      Pros

      Working at Infinite Chicago gave me great experience in many things. I was taught how to train new employees, conduct interviews, and how to manage others. Most importantly, I learned that there is no better motivation then yourself. Infinite Chicago offers a great promotional program that will keep you pushing yourself for more. Payment is self-made, only you determine your paycheck. The more you put into this business, the more you get out.

      Cons

      Only con would be loosing out on an opportunity to improve yourself for professional or even personal sense.

      Pros

      A great place to start out if your looking for a refreshing introduction into the world of business. Despite the competitive nature everyone is there to help you. The better you do the better for business in the end. As a young person I felt the other employee's did a great job of taking me under their wing.

      Cons

      It's very fast pace! You have to be on your toes to work here and the more competitive the better! They do train extremely well and find ways to cater to your specific learning curves.
