Exactly what I mentioned: productivity - overall fell of coming in and working with your colleagues, very productive and organized, internal communication is amazing., unprecedented for me. Then there's the leadership,every step they take makes sense. Every time, and every decision our group ever wondered about and doubted, turned out to be a good one in the end. Everyone makes flukes every now and then, but in general, Infinite's leadership know what they're doing! The management is unprecedented as well. It's nothing special, it's just what it should be! You as an employee are listened to, your opinion matters, you're given respect, you're paid good, and you're trusted to do your job well!! You're also not scolded when you make a mistake! In short -- it's OK to be human here, and that's what I love about my company the most.
