- The flexibility is fantastic, remote working, Flexi hours. - Supportive peers and management. - Learning opportunities abundant. - Positive atmosphere. - Transparent. - Variety and challenge, interesting work. - Lovely people, and they take great care to recruit to maintain that. - Brilliant expertise in the company. - Fairness, trust, respect. - Management constantly refining and improving ++ - Excellent mental health awareness and support. - Cutting edge practices and innovation. - Clear career progression pathways and expectations for each role. - Solid PDP and review process.
Cons
- Can be chaotic and little frustrating... but let me be clear- this is no fault of infinite lambda... it's the nature of client work! - Teams spread across many countries, you are unlikely to meet them other than in online meetings. Shame.
