Employees work together really well and are always willing to help each other.

Family run business regardless if key people know anything about what there doing.

At first it was really good and lots of promises made and kept.
Cons
Promises revoked and Owner of company constantly interfering with processes. Also no real leadership in Sales and eventually they went out of business.
