      Discounted services, opportunity to grow, approachable management who cares deeply about their business, convenient location in the heart of Manhattan

      Cons

      The only con is that there is no 401K or health insurance, however you can expect it from any small or middle sized business

      Lack of organization. Owner doesn't want to do management duties but wouldn't hire a manager. Technicians acted like children

      Pros

      The machines are nice and new, caters to lots of different clients.

      Cons

      Rude management, they pay you little and expect you to depend on tips. The fact that the other technicians treat clients badly causes you to also have bad reputation even though you yourself are good. You don’t even get an hour lunch, only 45 minutes.
