Pros

InfoComm offers plenty of opportunities for staff to be entrepreneurial -- different than most trade associations. Will promote from within. Don't have to do the same thing day after day, year after year. Training opportunities. More resources than most associations. Free parking. Great members.

Cons

Not a huge organization, so there are limits to promotion potential.If you don't handle change well this is not the place for you.

Pros

Infocomm is the type of company that truly values their employees. The work environment is very positive. The benefits are hard to compete with. PTO is plentiful, and employees have the option to either telework or work a compressed work week. There are free snacks and drinks in the kitchen which is pretty awesome!

Cons

There is definitely room to move up in the company since it is constantly growing, however one may find that they may not be moving up at the pace that they would like to.

Pros

Open executive staff on communication and direction of the association. Everyone knows what the mission is and where the association is going and how they contribute. Above average pay for most positions and promotion from within. Capable management team. Very nice benefits.

Cons

Departments tend to work in silos and could use more collaboration.
