      Wonderful work life balance. Also invest heavily in their staff and culture.

      Sometimes ambition outweighs strategic realities but again this could be seen as a pro as they are always kicking goals

      - Very family focused and encourages flexibility to allow family to be placed first. - So long as you hit your KPI you really do have a huge amount of flexibility - Great office and facilities, including an awesome I.T. team. - Great energy and people, including leadership. - Free high quality lunches and other benefits - Loads of employee schemes for training, growth, mental health etc...
