Pros

I have been with InfoZen for five years as a full-time employee. It has been the best job I’ve ever had, doing what I love to do, working with very professional people who “get” me. This is a great place to work. Very collegial and professional environment. A growing company with a great future ahead.

Cons

I don't have any cons to express. Self-starters and motivated people do well here.

Pros

Challenging work, good people, leadership willing to listen. Good contracts. Benefits are very good. Salary and compensation are good. Work environment is good.

Cons

Pockets of micromanagement among senior leaders. They forget what it's like to be in front of the customer sometimes. Overall though it's a supportive culture.
