The organisation went through difficult times and its financial turnaround required sacrifice since downsizing increased people's workload. It has recently emerged from this journey and is in a stronger position to tackle some of the community's toughest challenges, but we lost some good people in the process (you can read some of their reviews here). It's great to see that some former employees are returning to Infoxchange now ("boomerangs"). There is no doubt room for improvement in processes and systems, which is on the agenda and should increase productivity, reduce the team's workload, and help us deliver greater social impact.
