      good company to work for.

      You have to pay to be a member. Pay for books, CRNI Exam, Conferences for Nurses to keep up their CEU's.

      Friendly people and small groups made things easier to get work done

      Cons

      Couldn't make a decision to save their lives, forced too many responsibilities without corresponding titles and pay, didn't understand basic concepts.

      Pros

      As a small non-profit company we have the opportunity to learn about every facet of the company. Anyone in the office will tell you that we all wear many hats and juggle a lot of responsibilities. A lot is expected of you but there is a lot to learn.

      Cons

      The hard part about the variety of tasks is that some you may not enjoy at all of those hats and might not be a part of your original job description.
