Leadership is experienced and is genuinely interested in educating you and offering experiences for your continued career growth. While leadership will challenge you, they will not hesitate to offer guidance and support to help you succeed. As a mid-sized company, you quickly become acquainted and familiar with your co-workers, even if you may not work directly with them on-site. Opportunities to connect with your coworkers occur frequently, whether it be philanthropic or community activities, conferences for related associations, or our annual company conference. Overall, the team is very friendly.

Cons

Work is relatively fast paced, and there are some days where volume of work is difficult to manage. The support of leadership does legitimately make it more bearable though.
