Greatful for the opprotunity Inhance gave me to develop my skills and career. This company has changed over the years, and I cannot speak towards legacy management, but I can say that Inhance in its current state is moving in the right direction. Process is improving and talented people are joining the team. Ownership is highly passionate about the work they do, and amongst the team, there is a culture of innovation and pride in wanting to create awesome work.

Cons

You get out what you put in. If you want to do the bare minimum and coast, Inhance may not be the best fit.
