Pros

Inkhouse fosters professional growth by helping employees develop into strong communicators, collaborative teammates, and strategic client partners. The team listens when you express interests in new areas and consistently provides opportunities to work on different types of projects, allowing you to expand your expertise and pursue your professional passions. Jason Morris has been the CEO since fall of 2024, and he's a fantastic leader. Inkhouse is very flexible with your daily needs as long as you still deliver your work. They are very good at understanding that sometimes life happens, like doctor's appointments, having a sick kid at home, and anything else that might come up! Benefits are great, and the Flex Fridays are the perfect way to recharge. I'm going to miss Inkhouse so much, and would absolutely recommend it as a great place to work!

Cons

Agency life moves fast and can be emotionally and energetically demanding. This can take a toll if you don't set boundaries with yourself and others. This isn't necessarily a dig on Inkhouse – it's more a reality of agency life in general. While Inkhouse is a great place to work, it is still an agency, so come prepared for a fast-paced environment. With this said, onboarding to a new role here (whether you're new to the company or have been recently promoted) can be overwhelming at times, but the team is very supportive and good at answering questions to get you on your feet!
