      Pros

      It's a really god mix between a friendly and a work environment, where you are allowed to express yourself, having the autonomy to make decisions and also be accountable for them.

      Pros

      It is a young company full of new talents with a lot of potential to become a very impactful and big business. It has a very well structured communication and opinions are always listened to. It's work environment is one of the best qualities it has, added to its flexibility and goal-oriented leadership.

      Not a con. Could benefit from having team building sessions
