Poor benefits and unrealistic PTO policy. Underpaid and non competitive wages for hard work. Easily can be taken advantage of, as it often felt like I was doing the work of three people. Management is almost nonexistent. Rushed, inefficient work over quality worked is preferred (except for video projects). High employee turnover.
Note: This is a Christian work/office environment (meetings begin with prayer).
